About

After twenty years in the nonprofit sector, Hilary founded HCRP to fill a gap that many of her long-time donors faced. They wanted to be more intentional and forward-thinking in their giving, but had various factors standing in their way. Hilary is committed to bridging that gap through HCRP—as a consultant, advisor, thought-partner—so that donors are successful, fulfilled, and impactful.

Most recently, Hilary completed an eight-year tenure as the Director of Major Gifts for JCCA, one of the largest child welfare organizations in New York. At JCCA, Hilary oversaw the major donor giving program, events, and was the lead staff member for the organization’s $35 million Capital Campaign. Prior to JCCA, Hilary was the Executive Director of The American Friends of MadaTech, an organization that supports the Israel National Museum of Science in Haifa, Israel. Hilary spent the first seven years of her career in various development roles for the New York chapter of the “I Have A Dream” Foundation, which supports young people from elementary school through college graduation.

Hilary holds a BA in Educational Studies and Sociology from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and a MS in Nonprofit Management from the Milano Schools of Public Engagement at The New School. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.
